1. About the Association

Narmadachal Patrakar Association is an independent journalists’ welfare and media support organization working for ethical journalism, journalists’ welfare, social awareness, and public interest activities.

2. Membership Eligibility

  • Any individual associated with journalism, digital media, social awareness, reporting, or media-related activities may apply for membership.
  • Applicants must provide accurate and genuine information during registration.
  • Submission of a membership application does not guarantee approval.
  • The Association reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any membership without prior notice if necessary.

3. Member Responsibilities

Members agree:

  • To provide correct and updated information;
  • Not to impersonate another individual or organization;
  • Not to misuse membership identity or designation;
  • Not to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activities;
  • Not to upload or share harmful, false, or misleading content.

4. Membership Verification

The Association may verify the details and documents submitted by applicants.

If any information is found false, incomplete, misleading, or forged, the Association reserves the right to reject or cancel the membership.

5. Membership Card Usage

  • Digital or physical membership cards remain the property of the Association.
  • Membership cards are issued only for identification and organizational purposes.
  • Members shall not misuse membership cards for unlawful activities, extortion, threats, or false representation.
  • The Association shall not be responsible for misuse of membership identity by any individual member.

6. No Government Affiliation

Narmadachal Patrakar Association is an independent organization and is not a government authority or government department.

Membership of the Association shall not be interpreted as government accreditation, statutory press recognition, or official governmental authorization.

7. Payments & Fees

Membership payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

We do not store confidential banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI credentials on our servers.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refund requests may only be considered in case of duplicate payments or technical payment errors.
  • Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed after verification.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, website designs, graphics, photographs, text, membership formats, and content available on this website are the intellectual property of Narmadachal Patrakar Association.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

12. Suspension & Termination

The Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership involved in identity misuse, unlawful conduct, fake journalism activities, or actions harmful to the dignity of journalism and the organization.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Association shall not be liable for:

  • Temporary website downtime or technical interruptions;
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence;
  • Misuse of membership identity by users;
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from website usage.

14. Modification of Terms

The Association reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or membership services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
